Founded in 1997, All Aged Care is a trusted not-for-profit charity providing aged care services across South-East Queensland. Originally established as OzPol Community Care Association Inc., the organisation adopted the name All Aged Care in 2020 to better reflect the diverse communities we support.
Our organisation is led by Director and CEO Irene Biedak OAM, JP (Qual) and guided by an experienced Board of Directors. Irene’s leadership reflects a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, culturally appropriate and compliant aged care services that promote dignity, independence and overall wellbeing.
Our story began when Irene recognised the need for culturally sensitive aged care services in the mid-1990s while supporting her own mother through the aged care system. This experience shaped our vision of care that respects culture, language, family values and individual choice.
For more than 25 years, we have delivered trusted services to Australian seniors of all backgrounds and cultures throughout South-East Queensland, helping people remain safe, independent and connected within their homes and communities.
We are an approved provider with the Department of Health and Aged Care, Department of Veterans’ Affairs, and Queensland Health, delivering a range of government-funded and private services tailored to the changing needs of seniors.
Our services consistently meet the rigorous standards of the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission, ensuring safe, reliable and high-quality care for the communities we serve.

Our team includes care partners, support workers, administrative staff and allied health professionals who work together to support each client’s wellbeing, independence and dignity. Every team member is committed to delivering services with respect, professionalism and kindness.
